The Project Assessment is a focused working session designed to evaluate your goals, scope, budget considerations, and project feasibility. This conversation allows us to understand your vision while identifying key logistical, design, and construction factors that will shape the path forward.

This session is not a construction bid or fixed-price proposal.
Rather, it is a strategic evaluation intended to provide direction, insight, and project guidance.

If we mutually decide to move forward, a separate agreement for ongoing project management services will be prepared. The Project Assessment fee of $500 will be credited toward ongoing project management services.
