Guided Development is led by Alan, a Los Angeles–based construction project manager specializing in residential builds, remodels, and hillside properties.

He began working on homes at a young age, building a foundation of hands-on experience that now spans over 25 years. Today, he works directly with clients, architects, and subcontractors to guide projects from concept through completion.

With experience managing residential builds ranging from $200,000 to over $4 million, Alan acts as both project lead and advocate, ensuring that each project moves forward with intention, aligning with the design, the budget, and the realities of building in Los Angeles.
